Everyone can be a scientist
Curiosity, not credentials, makes a scientist. We welcome people from every background and stage, and we build a lab where asking questions and learning by doing are open to all.

Science should be open
Our data, code, and methods are public by default. Open materials make science more reproducible, more useful to others, and more trustworthy.
